You can view all of your assigned items from all modules like expense reports, invoices, time sheets and many more from the Tenrox modules. You can also view a summarized version of the user’s timesheet and utilization.
Some of the new enhancements are a new mobile app and is available on smartphones, tablets, iOS, Androids, Windows and blackberry platforms. You can manage your timesheet, expense, entry and approval.
This includes role based resource planning and is now even more powerful than ever! It has an unbelievably simple and easily configured organizations this can help put the right resources with the right project this helps drive productivity, utilization and capacity planning. It gives you a greater ease of use and you can assign multiple roles to resources. Project & Task level scheduling pls the ease of switching between drag and drop Gantt Style or grid user interface. You can create custom attributes with ability to tag bookings. You can also mark a booking as hard book or soft book or billable within the project and resource plan.
It also includes a new financial planner, it’s part of the project financial module. This makes it more convenient and allows users to forecast a project’s cost and revenue, it displays both actual and forecasted labor as well as expenses and charges all easy to view in real-time info on a project’s profitability via specific pre-set values.
There are more enhancements than I can even think of and I really like the idea of the new mobile app being part of it. I do most of my business online so it’s a big help to whip out my phone and check my information via real-time stats!

I took up project management as one of my subject both in college and grad school and it does require a lot of computation and analysis so this software really helps.
