Homemade Salisbury Steak
Well I do not do nothing to fancy and I cannot give exact measurements because somethings I just don’t measure. I took some ground chuck and formed it into fat egg shaped patties. I cooked it with onions in my skillet, and then once they were fully cooked I removed them and I added some flour into the mix and then some water to make a gravy. I also added some kitchen bouquet to darken it, I add one beef bouillon and let it simmer, if I need to add a little water I do. I also do salt and pepper the meat and onions. No need to do it to the gravy using the bouillon it adds enough salt. I put the meat back in there and flip around to coat both sides and reheat up if it got a little cold from patiently waiting to be returned to it’s juices lol 🙂 I make potatoes and green beans with it. It turned out really good, here is another shot.

I like salisbury steak or maybe I should say, most steaks 🙂 But that one looks delicious!
