Final Results of Pumpkin Processing!
After getting all of the pumpkin process and pureed it was perfect. There were still a few remaining small, very small chunks of pumpkin. I added sugar and pumpkin spices to the mix while pureeing it. It turned out so good. I already made Pumpkin Mousse which I’ll share photos of tomorrow once it’s set nicely.
So here are a few of the finished results after putting it in storage till wednesday. It should be good still I put it in jars and sealed it up. I used the two smaller jars to make the mousse. You will see the mousse with cream added after cooking it. I forgot to take more photos immediately after filling dishes.

I did this last year too. We bought an extra pumpkin just for it. I never use the sugar pumpkins like recommended, these work great and are bigger! lol I only used uncarved pumpkins though 🙂

Its easy and you get seeds and pumpkin. Find a leftover small one at the grocery store and try it. You can make savory dishes too.

Thanks 🙂 it’s easy and so tasty! Just bake and puree in blender. You can add whatever seasonings you like. I added pumpkin pie spice and sugar to the whole batch, this way I can just mix with milk and eggs then bake!

It’s easy! roast, remove skin and put in food processor or blender to puree. Its awesome to make a homemade pumpkin pie at Thanksgiving 🙂
